Jeremy was amazing. Kind, prompt, thorough and efficient. He read my personality perfectly and met my energy. I'm always in a hurry with multiple things going on and when I came back to look at a different color Bronco he came buzzing up on a golf cart to run me a key😂 Everyone we came across whether walking through the showroom or outside browsing were friendly and integrated into the entire positive experience. Absolutely blown away by these guys. We were in a serious bind traveling through the area, and with 24 hours they were able to diagnose and fix my Expedition. It needed a new Turbo and they had it over-nighted and I was on the road the next afternoon. They all went way above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.

Steve was very kind and helpful in getting an appointment to have my Ford Explorer recalls taken care of. I also had a damaged windshield cowl needing replaced, he had the part ordered and I was able to dropped off and both the recalls and cowl were taken care of quickly.
I recently but a Yukon from Brett and James River and he was so wonderful to work with. He brought humor and grace, answered my 1,000 questions and was so professional.

I have always had issues with buying cars. The salesman always wants to talk to my husband even though it's MY vehicle and his name isn't even going on it. So I can't say enough good about James River Ford and specifically David. I found a truck online, sent a message, received an application/filled it out, was approved in under an hour. Went to the dealership after work, and was out with my new truck in about another hour. And that was only because I had to change something. They were kind, considerate, and got me a better rate than I expected!
